The Advanced Unit will grab the time from any NTP server that you specify. This method will always ensure that you have accurate time stamps for the video recordings.
Once the Advanced Unit grabs the NTP time it will push it to all the configured DVR / NVR systems and adjust accordingly. The log file will be embedded with the number of seconds, either forward or backward, that the time was adjusted.
